Billy has been renting bikes and beach equipment for over three decades.  In addition to rentals on the north side of Periwinkle, you'll find sales, service, and Segway rentals across the street on the south side of Periwinkle. Billy's offerings include:

Reservations are welcome on multiday rentals for most equipment, and can be made online through Billy's website.
